 rmation we are working with, to easier assess what data sets are to be made
  available first. By having an intrinsic way of calculating the value of in
 formation, we could look at the data from a different perspective than befo
 re, when the need for data was driving the priority. With this new perspect
 ive, decisions about the data sets' level of governance will be based o
 n its (potential) value compared to other data sets.
