 ta usage needs to go far beyond financial gain. A different perspective is 
 required as public institutions are not independent and each one has a role
  in the government. Governments interested in accomplishing United Nations&
 rsquo; Sustainable Development Goals will need to define strategies to matc
 h expenditure with SDG&rsquo;s indicators. An integral data strategy needs 
 to be developed along with each initiative to foster SDG&rsquo;s accomplish
 ment in order to measure expenditure effectiveness. Each public institution
  requires to provide data to allow tracking expenditures to SDGs. Guideline
 s are provided from a Data Governance perspective, to define the role of ea
