 quality specialist&nbsp;and a leading authority on Lean Governance, Data Go
 vernance, Information Governance, and Data Risk Management strategies. He i
 s the founder and CEO of MetaGovernance, an Enterprise Information Manageme
 nt (EIM) consulting firm. A veteran of advising multi-national corporations
  and government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs), Steve is passionate about hel

 t the University of Maryland. David is a recognized expert&nbsp;in informat
